Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we've got you covered with our hassle-free returns policy:

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Full price items can be returned for refund or store credit.
  • Sale items can be returned for store credit only.
  • We do not cover the cost to return the goods, and we recommend using a tracked shipping option such as Australia Post.

To begin your return process, simply send us an email contact@wearelife.com.au with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason behind it. We're here to help.

FAULTY ITEMS

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty item. Please contact our Customer Care team at contact@wearelife.com.au with your order number and images of the fault, and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

  • For all returns of faulty products, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).
  • If your product is faulty, you can return it to us and choose to receive either a refund or a replacement.
  • Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
  • LiFE! onlines faulty product return policy covers products for twelve months from date of purchase.

WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience a fault with your product due to a manufacturing defect within the 12-month warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or deterioration over time
  • Damage resulting from commercial use
  • Modifications or repairs not authorised by LiFE!
  • Lost or stolen items

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at contact@wearelife.com.ua with the following details:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Description of the fault
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We aim to assess all warranty claims within 5 business days of receiving your information. If your claim is approved, we will advise you on the next steps.

Additional Information

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
